SIRA Showcased Innovative Security Solutions at GITEX 2024 in Dubai

Virtual Employee Technology (Avatar)

One of the key highlights at SIRA’s booth was its Virtual Employee Technology (Avatar), a cutting-edge innovation that enabled users to interact with advanced virtual personas. These virtual characters were designed to provide accurate information and assist in completing government transactions in a seamless and direct manner. Through this technology, users were able to have an interactive experience that enhanced communication and improved access to government services.

Google Reviews Platform

In addition, SIRA presented its Google Reviews Platform, a vital tool for monitoring the performance of government institutions in Dubai. The platform gathered and analyzed customer reviews and feedback on a regular basis, helping government bodies understand the strengths and weaknesses of their services. This platform fostered transparency by making service ratings publicly available and allowing users to make informed decisions based on others’ experiences. Through this initiative, SIRA aimed to improve service quality and strengthen the trust between the government and its citizens.

Mr. Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director of Information Technology at SIRA, commented: "Through our participation in GITEX 2024, we aimed to further enhance our role in the development of the security industry and support Dubai's digital transformation. We were dedicated to innovating technological solutions to improve the customer experience and streamline service access, in alignment with the government’s vision to reduce bureaucracy. We believe that technology is not just a tool, but a fundamental partner in achieving governmental excellence. As a government agency, we were committed to building a more effective and transparent digital environment."

SIRA's participation in GITEX 2024 reflected its ongoing commitment to innovation and the continuous enhancement of Dubai's smart government initiatives.
