The agreement seeks to unify efforts between both parties in the field of event security organization, as well as to exchange expertise and best practices, in line with DWTC’s position as a key hub for leading regional and global events in which the Agency participates. It also reflects SIRA’s role as a government entity responsible for regulating the private security sector and event security guards in the Emirate of Dubai.

This partnership represents a pivotal step toward developing a sustainable event security model that keeps pace with Dubai’s global ambitions and enhances its ability to host major events with confidence and efficiency.”

“The Memorandum of Understanding with the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) reflects Dubai World Trade Centre’s commitment to supporting Dubai’s vision of cementing its position as one of the world’s safest and most prepared cities to host major international events, exhibitions, and conferences. This partnership represents an important strategic step to strengthen the security and safety ecosystem through unifying efforts, exchanging expertise, and applying global best practices, in line with the rapid growth of the events sector in the Emirate.
