The Security Industry Honors Saeed Al Marashda

Ahmed Mohammed Al Muhairi, Deputy Executive Director of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), honored Saeed Salem Al Marashda from the Security Department of Emaar Malls, for his dedication and efforts in the private security sector and for his heroic and brave acts in his workplace at SIRA's headquarters in the Emirate of Dubai. He was also given a Certificate of Appreciation and a symbolic gift by SIRA.

Mohammed Al Muhairi stressed that the honor reflects SIRA's keenness on enhancing security and safety across the Emirate of Dubai and urging everyone who lives on its land to defend it. He pointed out that SIRA supports such remarkable security personnel and always seeks to honor any security personnel who works hard to achieve and maintain security. Having such distinguished models, Al Muhairi stressed, is a precious asset for SIRA thanks to their security capabilities and high competencies in the security field.

Al Muhairi also praised Saeed's courage and sense of security, pointing out that the continuous cooperation between Emaar Malls and SIRA contributes to raising the security and safety standard and providing the best security services in the private sector.

For his part, Saeed Salem Al Marashda expressed his thanks for the efforts made by SIRA in supporting and encouraging all security personnel in the private sector, highlighting that, like any security individual in the private sector, it is his responsibility to assist all security stakeholders and to ensure their presence and continuous cooperation so as to facilitate tasks and make sure laws and regulations are in place in the Emirate. He stressed that this honor comes as an incentive to do more and give more to protect the security and safety of Dubai.

SIRA and Dubai World Trade Centre Sign MoU to Enhance Cooperation in Organizing Major Events

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 16 January 2025: On the sidelines of the #Intersec global conference and exhibition, hosted annually by Dubai in January under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) at the conclusion of the exhibition. The MoU aims to strengthen frameworks for joint cooperation in the organization and hosting of major events, exhibitions, and conferences, thereby supporting the security and safety ecosystem for local and international events.
