"SIRA's presence at GITEX Africa within The Dubai Digital Authority stand was a success! the aim was to showcase the latest technologies in governmental services realm, emphasizing digital transformation and technology- driven vision for the future.

SIRA has demonstrated a simplified model of the how modern technologies are utilized to facilitate applications for clients within the "Dubai Paperless Strategy," which serves as a model for outstanding service by offering and processing governmental requests without the need for any paperwork. Furthermore, clients can complete their governmental transactions quickly and easily online without the necessity of visiting government offices.

Moreover, we have presented the Virtual Employee (Avatar) technology, enabling clients to interact with governmental service providers through advanced virtual characters, facilitating communication and making services more inclusive and efficient.

In line with technological advancements and in collaberation with UXE Security Solution, the "Virtual Reality" was another solution demonstrated, where its managed to embody governmental services in an interactive virtual reality environment, providing an engaging and effective communication experience accessible from anywhere.

These initiatives are part of the SIRA efforts to enhance the quality and conveninence of governmental services, reflecting its commitment to innovation and providing up-to-date solutions to meet societal needs.

SIRA and Dubai World Trade Centre Sign MoU to Enhance Cooperation in Organizing Major Events

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 16 January 2025: On the sidelines of the #Intersec global conference and exhibition, hosted annually by Dubai in January under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) at the conclusion of the exhibition. The MoU aims to strengthen frameworks for joint cooperation in the organization and hosting of major events, exhibitions, and conferences, thereby supporting the security and safety ecosystem for local and international events.
