The medal was presented by Mr. Khalid Al Blooshi, Manager of Relations Department , and Mr. Mohammed Al Mazmi, Manager of Security Service Providers Department, during a special ceremony that highlights the SIRA’s commitment to recognizing exemplary figures in the private security sector.

The SIRA Medal of DEVOTION is awarded to individuals who demonstrate exceptional integrity and dedication to their duties and is granted in cases such as:

• Volunteering and actively participating in crises and emergencies.

SIRA and Dubai World Trade Centre Sign MoU to Enhance Cooperation in Organizing Major Events

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 16 January 2025: On the sidelines of the #Intersec global conference and exhibition, hosted annually by Dubai in January under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) at the conclusion of the exhibition. The MoU aims to strengthen frameworks for joint cooperation in the organization and hosting of major events, exhibitions, and conferences, thereby supporting the security and safety ecosystem for local and international events.
