New Year's Eve Fireworks Displays 2025 Under the Supervision of SIRA

As the New Year 2025 celebrations approach, the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA ) announces its intensive preparations to organize and supervise spectacular fireworks displays that will light up the sky over 36 different locations across Dubai. This is part of the Agency’s efforts to provide a safe and enjoyable celebratory experience for all residents and visitors to Dubai, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and security at all locations.

Dubai is set to launch more than 45 fireworks shows at 36 strategic locations throughout New Year's Eve, covering some of the city's most iconic tourist, hotel, and commercial areas. The event aims to cater to the diverse needs of visitors from all nationalities.

1.Adhere to Safety Procedures

Please fully comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by security teams and event organizers to ensure the show runs smoothly and safely

2.Do Not Enter Restricted Areas:

It is strictly prohibited to enter or approach restricted areas, fireworks launching zones, or areas containing flammable materials or equipment.

3.Maintain Safe Distances:

Observe the safety distances set by the security agencies to ensure the safety of all attendees and prevent any potential risks.

Fireworks Show Statistics

Number of locations: 36 locations across Dubai.

Number of shows: More than 45 fireworks displays will be distributed across these locations, allowing the public to enjoy a variety of shows throughout New Year's Eve.

Enhancing International Security Cooperation: "SIRA" Welcomes Delegation from Germany’s Federal Office of Criminal Investigation Customs Division

As part of efforts to strengthen international cooperation between security agencies, His Excellency Khalifa Al Saleis, CEO of the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA), welcomed His Excellency Dr. Tino Eggelmann, Director of the German Federal Office of Criminal Investigation – Customs Division. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Sultan Al Qemzi, Director of the Restricted Goods Department. The purpose of the visit was to exchange expertise and review best practices in the security sector.
