The issuance of a permit for the approval of insurance for events such as parties, meetings, public performances, or any gatherings to which the public or specific groups are invited, including religious holidays, national celebrations, festivals, sports events, competitions, races, exhibitions, or similar activities.

Steps to implement the Service

Log in to SIRA E-services portal page event@sira.gov.ae.
Attach the required documents.
Obtain the permit via email.

Requirements and Conditions for getting the service

Submit an event permit application form.
Trade license (the activity of Event Security and Personal Guarding must be included).
List of security guards' names.
The request should be submitted within 3 working days.
The email subject should include (event name + location + date).
Provide a report if required.
Send an email if there is any changes in the event dates or location or if it is canceled.
A security plan is required for events with 100 or more security guards.
A fine will be imposed if approval is not obtained prior to the event.
A fine will be imposed if there are additional names on-site that were not included in the submitted list.
