Steps to implement the Service

  • Register in SIRA e-Services here

  • Log in to the e-Services portal here

  • Apply for the Shipment No Objection Certificate Import..
    1. Pay the service fee
    2. Obtain the no objection certificate if approved

Requirements and Conditions for getting the service

  • Valid trade license (must include approved hazardous material activities).
  • Valid storage permit.
  • No objection certificate (NOC) from the licensing authority for storing restricted hazardous materials at the specified warehouse.
  • Prior approval from the authority restricting the prohibited chemical.

  • Approval from the Committee for Goods and Materials Subject to Import and Export Control (MOFA) for restricted countries.
