NOC – Security License - Renew

This service is provided to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for renewing a license that includes a security activity under the Security Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA), addressed to the licensing authority, in order to complete the license renewal procedures.

Steps to implement the Service

  • Log in to the e-Services portal here

  • Submit a request for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) security license to renew the security activity license.
  • Complete all mandatory fields and attach the required documents.
  • Pay the service fees.
  • Receive the No Objection Certificate (NOC) if approved

  • All dues, fines, or penalties, if any, must be paid before the renewal.
