Steps to implement the Service

  • Log in to the e-Services portal here

  • Submit a request for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) security license to cancel the security activity license.
  • Apply for the No Objection Certificate (NOC) security license.
  • Pay the service fee
  • Receive the No Objection Certificate (NOC) if approved.

Requirements and Conditions for getting the service

  • Follow up reciept: Activity cancellation OR No objection letter from the Free Zones
  • All dues, violations, or fines, if any, must be paid before requesting the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  • An application for the amendment of the security license must be submitted after obtaining the No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Terms & Conditions

  • No activity may be conducted until the security requirements or security personnel for each activity are fulfilled.
  • An application for a security license must be submitted after obtaining the NOC letter.
