This service is provided to security services provider companies, enabling them to issue a Security Personnel License that allows the holder to practice professions related to the private security sector in the Emirate of Dubai.

Steps to implement the Service

  • Register in SIRA e-Services here

  • Log in to the e-Services portal here

  • Submit a request for security cadre services.
  • Complete all mandatory fields and attach the required documents.
  • Pay the service fee.
  • Obtain the Security Cadre License upon approval.

  • Certificate of good conduct and behavior issued by Dubai Police, addressed to the Security Industry Regulatory Agency
  • Completion of the Security Events course from accredited training centers
  • Age range from 18 to 60 years
  • The residency must not indicate "not authorized to work"
