Steps to implement the Service

• Submit the application through the e-mail ssel@sira.gov.ae

• Pay the fees through the e-services portal.
• Schedule an appointment for security system testing and examination
• Submit the security device/system sample to the inspection laboratory
• Obtain the security equipment approval certificate

Requirements and Conditions for getting the service

• Box Cash In Transit (BCIT)

Requirements and Conditions for getting the service

Terms & Conditions

• The application must be submitted through a security service provider company licensed by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA).
• If the application is submitted by a manufacturer, registration through the e-services portal is required to obtain the security license.
• A letter of authorization from the manufacturing company is required if the manufacturer does not have a legal entity in the United Arab Emirates. The manufacturer must clearly state in the authorization letter that they do not have a legal entity or trade license in the UAE and authorize the distributor/partner to obtain approvals and certificates for their brand from the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA).
• The product or device must comply with the specifications approved in the Preventive Systems Guidelines.
• The approval process may take from one working day up to eight months, depending on the type of device and its specific requirements.
• A separate approval application form must be completed for each security device or system, ensuring that all required information and supporting documents are provided. The application form will be provided upon request via email at info@audix.ae
